Stephen M Ross
Stephen M. Ross is the Chairman and Founder of Related Companies, an international real estate firm that has developed over $22 billion in property and owns real estate assets valued at over $20 billion. Mr. Ross is also the owner of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins, a franchise that has become one of the most fan-friendly under his leadership.
In 2012, Mr.Ross partnered with Matt Higgins to found RSE Ventures, a multi-national technology, sports, and entertainment venture firm. As the Chairman of RSE, Mr.Ross has overseen a number of initiatives including an investment partnership with Gary Vaynerchuk, the incubation of five distinct businesses, and the creation of the International Champions Cup; a global pre-season soccer tournament.
Matt Higgins serves as both the Vice Chairman of the Miami Dolphins and the CEO of RSE Ventures.
In 2012, with co-founder Stephen Ross, he launched RSE Ventures, an international sports, entertainment and technology venture firm. As CEO, he has founded several successful companies including Derris & Company and Catalyst Media Group. He is also one of the founders of the International Champions Cup, a global pre-season soccer tournament that was broadcasted to over 600 million households in 2014.
Prior to RSE, Higgins worked as the EVP of Business Operations at the New York Jets where he transformed the team’s profile through social media and non-traditional brand extensions. He has also served as COO of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation where he was responsible for helping lead the rebuilding effort of the World Trade Center site.
Aidan Kehoe is Co-Founder, CEO and Board Member of Skout Secure Intelligence. He has been actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s development and expansion since its founding in 2012. At Skout, Aidan has built a team that delivers the highest level of cyber security technology and service, making cyber security accessible to all companies.
Prior to Skout, Aidan founded a number of other enterprises including the global risk management company Oxford Global (Acquired by Willis Towers Watson, NASDAQ:WLTW) in 2013. Over the past ten years, Mr. Kehoe has served as a board member of both public and private equity-backed companies throughout the United States, Canada, and Europe. He has extensive experience in leading and building teams, he also has spent many years working in an investment capacity for an institutionally sized private family office. Mr. Kehoe is also the Chairman of the US Leaders Council of Cordaid.
Mr. Medina is an experienced and highly successful businessman and entrepreneur in the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity industries. He is the CEO and Founder of Cyxtera.
Medina was also the Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Terremark, a publicly traded company on NASDAQ until April of 2011, when Terremark was acquired by Verizon for an enterprise value of $2 billion. Under his leadership, Terremark distinguished itself as the leading global provider of managed IT infrastructure services for Fortune 500 enterprises and federal government agencies. At Terremark, Mr. Medina brought his vision to deliver a comprehensive set of best-of-breed IT infrastructure services from purpose-built, carrier-neutral data center facilities to fruition. At the time of sale, Terremark was generating revenues at a run rate of nearly $400 million per annum and $100 million in EBITDA per annum, serving over 1,400 customers including a key leadership position in the federal government market.
Following the sale of Terremark, Mr. Medina founded Medina Capital in 2012 and currently serves as its Managing Partner. Mr. Medina is also the founder and chairman of the board of eMerge Americas, the premier B2B technology event connecting the U.S., Latin America and Europe. He has been recognized with accolades from many business and community organizations for his leadership and community service.
Rich Daly is Chief Executive Officer and board member of Broadridge. He also served as President from 2014 to 2017. Prior to Broadridge becoming an independent public company, Rich served as Group President of the Brokerage Services Group of ADP, and as a member of the Executive Committee and Corporate Officer of ADP. Rich joined ADP in 1989 following their acquisition of the proxy services business he founded.
Mike is Product Management Lead for Cloud Platform Security and Privacy at Google. Prior to Google, Mike was CISO at Goldman Sachs responsible for the consumer and commercial banking division where he assisted in securing Marcus, Goldman’s digital retail bank. Previously, Mike led a team responsible for privacy risk management, product design, engineering, compliance, policy and strategy for Google’s Display Ads businesses. Mike founded, grew and sold, LifeEnsured and DIFRWear, consumer privacy and digital estate planning companies. Mike has an MBA from the University of Oxford and a masters in computer science focused on information assurance from NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering.

The acquisition expands the reach of RSE Ventures, as Skout Secure Intelligence provides cyber-security monitoring and unparalleled customer service for companies around the world.
